Sindiswa Griselda Gomba is the Eastern Cape Health MEC. She was sworn in as the MEC for Health in May 2019. Sindiswa is a newcomer. She previously served as a councillor at Buffalo City Metro. Sindiswa Griselda Gomba currently heads the ANC health subcommittee in the party’s provincial executive committee.

MEC for Health Sindiswa Gomba at KwaDwesi Community Centre, Port Elizabeth Spoke on the intervention made by Health Minister Dr Zweli Mkhize in the district as Nelson Mandela has been identified as one of hotspots areas in the Eastern Cape. She had proposed a temporary burn on funerals during lockdown.
She applauded Health Minister Dr Zweli Mkhize on bringing a team of specialist to Eastern Cape as the numbers or COVID-19 are increasing.
