JUST IN!! Shop-rite In Halt road in Elsies River looted (VIDEO)
The online community have gone frenzy this afternoon after a viral video of people coming in and out of Shoprite In Halt road in Elsies River looting away everything in the shop.
The video which was posted on Twitter and Youtube by Viz RSA, had many of the community people raiding the store without any hesitation.
the undisturbed individuals were seen from the other side of the store picking different food items and drinks and walking away from the main entrance of the mall while the while the guy who posted the video stood behind the shop taking taking the footage.
There have been a rampant repeat of an incident like this since the outbreak of covid-19 in the country. just two days ago at the Robert Sobukwe Drive near the N2 cale Town a food looting spree took place.
The news was posted on social media had a video showing huge number of people crowded around a truck with food items and the people their were not maintaining any form of social distancing.
Another looting was at the Spar Tops liquor store in Cape Town the footage had many people looting liquor.
