3 Persons Dead, One In The Hospital After An Ambulance Carrying Bhang Worth Sh3m Crashes Along Garissa-Modogashe Road

Three persons have already lost their lifes after a speeding ‘ambulance’ carrying bhang worth Sh3m crashes and flips on the Garissa-Modogashe road.
Police said they have already started an investigation into the accident which happened along Garissa-Modogashe road, although it has not been verified of whose 56 rolls of Bhang the the van was carrying belong to.
Security agents suspected that the bhang could belong to Moyale from Ethiopia.
“We suspect the bhang originated from Moyale from Ethiopia. When the car flipped, the officers rushed to the scene and attempted to rescue the victims.
Two occupants of the vehicle lost their lifes while the third person involved in the accident sustained a severe injuries and he is already taking a medical treatment in the hospital, the police men claimed.
“Two of the deceased passed away on the spot while the third died while receiving treatment at Garissa Referral Hospital,” stated the officer.
