Nasty C Gets A Nigerian Name – “Oluwadare C”
South African rapper, Nasty C and Nigerian radio personality, Do2dtun from Cool FM had an a live interview on instagram last two days. After the 30 minutes live interview on instagram, Do2dtun gave Nasty C a Nigerian name ‘‘Oluwadere C”.
During the Nasty C stated that the best African artiste he has ever worked with so far is Burna Boy from Nigeria. He hinted that him and Burna Boy has worked on a project which is yet to be made available to the public.
Nasty C further spoke about the Pandemic coronavirus (Covid-19), According to him the virus is seriously going to affect many artistes as top and local events are being put on hold till further notice. We make our money performing in shows and this is really affecting us, Nasty C said.
Speaking on AKA and Burna Boy beef, he said he expects both to come together to make peace. He said he had spoke with AKA on phone about the issue and they talked on the way forward for peace.
Early this month Nasty C got signed to an America record label, Def Jam. Describing Nasty C in one word, Jeff Harleston, interim chairman and CEO said, “Nasty C is a unique and forward-thinking artist who is at the forefront of a new generation of rappers emerging from Africa,”.
